Google Calendar and Me

Planning your activities can be quite a pain, so I once highlighted 30 Boxes - a free online event management tool. But while 30 Boxes looked promising and all, I’ve barely logged into it for the past few months. Heck, I’ve barely entered anything into it.

Why? Well, it was a mix of sheer laziness and my discovery of Google Calendar - similar to 30 Boxes, but tightly integrated with your GMail account. So, if you happen to receive emails with event details within it, you’ll be able to instantly add it to Calendar (though I’ve yet to see it happen with mine, weird…).

I’ve attached a screenshot of my calendar to show you how it looks like. Pretty easy to use, and you can choose to share your activities with others or keep it private. I’ve made mine public for now, but I haven’t really entered much into it. Search for my name on Google Calendar to “stumble on” my personal calendar.

Oh yes, you can even add activities you want your friend to take part in by editing his calendar (that is, if your friend’s calendar has been made public).
