I just want you to know that Acer France just sent me back my E500 which was still under guarantee, IN PIECES. They removed the hard disk, the graphics card, and the Fan on the CPU, and they kept my RAM!. The other 3 elements bounced around in the case around during transport back to me, and the computer is now irreparable. Acer France is extremely dishonest and unprofessional.
